Actually I was wondering the same. Announcements and WWV flow like water, but in a hardware change and new software did I even enable message forwarding between my peers? Most likely not in the heat of battle. Need to go back and address that. I will make that change shortly. Thanks for the reminder.

Yeah, the average ham is no more likely to find bulletins... than they are Announcements or WWV.
